Terms of Service/Warranty Clause - Empyrean Motorsports Inc.

Thank you for choosing Empyrean Motorsports Inc. as your trusted provider of off-road vehicles, electric scooters, e-bikes, and related products and services. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our warranty policy and terms of service. Please read the following terms carefully:

Warranty Coverage:

a) Brand New Vehicles: Unless stated otherwise, all brand new vehicles sold by Empyrean Motorsports Inc. come with a 6-month warranty provided by the manufacturer. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship on major components such as cracks in welds, cracks in plastics and major damage to motor or electrical components.

b) Wear and Tear Components: Please note that wear and tear components such as chains, brakes, tires, bearings, and other similar parts are not covered under our warranty policy.

c) Covered Items: The warranty covers components such as the frame, motor, and shipping damage (subject to inspection) for brand new vehicles.

d) Warranty Claim Evaluation: Empyrean Motorsports Inc. reserves the right to decline a warranty claim if it is determined that the claim results from negligence in maintenance, improper use, or damage caused by accidents.

Used Inventory Warranty:

a) All used vehicles sold by Empyrean Motorsports Inc., unless stated otherwise, come with a 30-day warranty period. The terms of this warranty are the same as those for brand new machines, as described above.
Service/Repair Work:
a) Manufacturer Warranty: Parts ordered by Empyrean Motorsports Inc. for service/repair work may include manufacturer warranties. These warranties will cover defective products or premature failures, subject to the terms and conditions set by the manufacturer.
b) Customer-Supplied Parts: Please note that parts supplied by the customer will not be covered under our warranty policy.
Labor for Warranty Repairs:
a) Discounted Labor: Labor costs for warranty repairs will be discounted at the discretion of Empyrean Motorsports Inc., for the convenience of the customer.
Non-Refundable and Returnable Parts:
a) Non-Refundable Parts: Engine and wiring parts are considered non-refundable and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
b) Returnable Parts: Some parts may be eligible for return within a 30-day period, provided they are in their original packaging, unused condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
No Returns or Exchanges for New or Used Vehicles:
a) Please note that new or used vehicles sold by Empyrean Motorsports Inc. are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
